Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with Reelyr. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund.
1. Subscription Refunds
Reelyr subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for subsequent months.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period.
2. 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are a new subscriber and are unsatisfied with the service, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. To qualify:
- The request must be made within 7 calendar days of your initial subscription purchase.
- This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only, not to renewals or plan changes.
- Contact us at support@reelyr.com with your account email and reason for the refund.
3. Extra Video Purchases
Additional videos purchased beyond your plan limit are non-refundable once the video has been generated. If a video fails to generate due to a system error, we will either re-generate the video at no cost or credit your account.
4. Service Disruptions
If Reelyr experiences significant downtime or service failures that prevent you from using the platform for an extended period (more than 72 consecutive hours), you may request a prorated credit for the affected period. Contact us at support@reelyr.com.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@reelyr.com with:
- Your account email address
- Date of purchase
- Reason for the refund request
We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
6. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are happy to resolve any billing issues directly and promptly.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this refund policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
